What you'll do

• Manage contract security personnel and vendor relationships
• coordinate emergency response and security drills
• oversee daily physical security operations
• monitor vendor performance, compliance metrics, and service levels
• prepare reports and incident documentation
• maintain security programs, policies, procedures, and site standards
• conduct assessments and implement risk-reduction measures
• administer access control, visitor management, CCTV, alarms, and perimeter security
• lead investigations of security incidents.
