The role helps client work move accurately through the office while providing responsive administrative support to clients and staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with client onboarding and setup, including engagement letters, portal invitations, records, workflows, and document collection
• respond to routine portal and administrative questions
• maintain client and workflow information in Harness or a similar system
• track tax returns and related work
• monitor electronic filing activity and extensions
• communicate updates to the Office Manager and team
• provide data entry, filing, scanning, copying, document organization, and correspondence support
• and maintain confidentiality.
