The Paramedic role is onsite in Affton, MO, with shifts across the employer’s nearby locations. Compensation starts at $24 per hour, with an additional $3–$5 per hour possible within two years based on time and performance achievements. Total Access Urgent Care provides fast, friendly, affordable healthcare in the St. Louis area. The paramedic supports urgent-care clinicians by triaging patients, assessing vital signs, communicating patient status, and performing clinical procedures within a broad scope of practice. The role also prepares and maintains treatment supplies and equipment and serves as a resource for other clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Triage patients
• take vital signs and communicate patient needs and status to providers
• perform IVs, EKGs, splinting, and wound dressing
• prepare and maintain treatment supplies and equipment, including sterilization
• support other clinical staff.
