What you'll do

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone, and Winreports
• train new presidents, managers, and employees on system functions and reports
• assist with WISE data organization and setup
• conduct follow-up training
• participate in in-person training events
• create help videos and documentation
• manage help tickets through resolution
• collaborate with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support
• and provide conceptual and strategic guidance. Travel up to 50% is stated.
