What you'll do

• Manage a personal-injury docket from complaint through resolution
• research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents
• depose treating physicians and defense experts
• represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial in Maryland District and Circuit Courts
• collaborate with litigation paralegals, pre-litigation attorneys, and investigators
• maintain client relationships and negotiate settlements.
