The Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite position located in Lansing, MI. This role exists to provide one-on-one support to children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to reduce interfering behaviors.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Maintain a safe environment by assisting with physical activities including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
