Job overview

The CNC Machine Operator works onsite in South Haven, MN. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The role contributes to Legacy Building Solutions’ manufacturing process by producing precision parts and components to specifications. The operator sets up, runs, and maintains computer numerical control (CNC) machines, using technical drawings and measurements to produce and inspect parts. By monitoring equipment, addressing production issues with supervisors and engineers, and maintaining accurate records, the role supports efficient workflows and consistent product quality.

What you'll do

• Set up CNC machines by loading materials, installing tools, and entering programming instructions based on engineering drawings. Operate machinery to manufacture parts to specifications and tolerances
• monitor operations and make adjustments
• perform routine maintenance and cleaning
• inspect finished products with measuring instruments
• collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve production issues and improve processes
• and maintain production records and report defects.
