Mill Operator – Third Shift

What you'll do

• Run ink batches at proper mill settings
• package and label finished product
• clean and maintain machines to TPM standards
• weigh and mix batches according to process orders and SOPs
• operate Hockmeyer mills and maintain OEE standards
• maintain formula and processing-time data
• operate press-out, pump-filter, and forklift equipment
• provide samples and adjustments as a QC liaison and record data
• complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting
• assist with repacks.
