Senior Planner

What you'll do

• Develop and update comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, neighborhood studies, specific-area and facilities plans
• lead public outreach and stakeholder meetings
• prepare staff reports and present findings to public bodies and community groups
• review development proposals
• prepare scopes, fee estimates, and schedules
• oversee planning project teams
• serve as client liaison
• manage project budgets
• and support work development as applicable.
