What you'll do

• Coordinate residential leasing and advisory assignments
• maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
• serve as a coordination point for clients
• monitor leasing activity and performance indicators
• prepare client reports, proposals, presentations, and market analyses
• track opportunities and follow-up
• support onboarding and assignment transitions
• develop workflows and project-management standards.
