What you'll do

• Represent public companies in domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side M&A
• advise through structuring, diligence, negotiation, signing, and closing
• advise on securities laws and regulatory considerations
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and disclosures
• coordinate diligence
• collaborate with clients, investment bankers, opposing counsel, partners, and other transaction professionals
• manage significant transaction components and competing deadlines.
