What you'll do

• Oversee field staff and ensure projects are built according to plans and specifications. Supervise carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors
• coordinate materials, tools, equipment, information, and staffing with the Project Manager
• prepare daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, and accident reports
• monitor work and direct subcontractors
• and schedule work to meet project requirements. Conduct jobsite walks and audits, assist with quality-control issues and pre-punch walks, and coach other superintendents on administration and organization.
