Intern - Mulitfamily Asset Management Analyst

The Multi-Family Asset Management Intern Analyst candidate will be working closely with and provide support to the Multi-Family Asset Management Team, including cash flow analysis (sensitivity analysis, updating quarterly cash flow models, etc.). Start Date: Immediate opening. Hours Per Week: up to 30 hours (40 hours - Winter/Summer). Degree Type: Finance – Real Estate Focus Desirable.
