What you'll do

• Assess residents using MDS/RAI and develop individualized activity plans
• develop the facility activity program in accordance with state and federal regulations
• plan activities for residents with physical, mobility, sensory, and cognitive deficits
• coordinate community agencies, volunteers, and staff
• coordinate supplies and transportation as needed
• support resident council meetings
• maintain department quality assurance
• monitor staff performance, provide counseling, complete appraisals, and schedule activities.

Why this role
