What you'll do

• Provide oversight and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians
• conduct assessments, evaluations, training, and clinical services
• develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
• review functional behavior assessments and support plans
• conduct home and community visits as needed
• monitor supervision, productivity, documentation, billing, and certification records
• participate in team meetings and psychiatric appointments as needed
• keep staff informed about regulatory changes.
