The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $195,000–$235,000 per year plus bonus. The role owns company-wide headcount and operating expense planning, forecasting, and reporting so leaders can make informed decisions and stay aligned on staffing and operating costs.

What you'll do

• Own headcount plans and forecasts
• lead annual budgeting and in-year operating expense forecasting
• report monthly and quarterly actuals and analyze variances
• maintain rolling forecasts
• partner with People, Recruiting, department leaders, and budget owners
• improve planning and reporting tools and processes
• prepare executive and board reporting.
