Deputy Project Manager / Change Management Consultant

The Deputy Project Manager / Change Management Consultant is primarily remote, with the ability to work onsite in Springfield, VA as needed. Compensation is not specified. Its purpose is to help the client deliver customer experience initiatives and organizational improvements through clear materials, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and actionable project support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project information, stakeholder communications, timelines, documentation, agendas, and reports
• develop targeted messaging and communication materials
• support clearance and branding processes
• assist with survey design, administration, and analysis
• support meeting design and facilitation
• and help develop process-improvement materials, procedures, guidance, and communication plans.
