What you'll do

• Support electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, including swimming pool systems
• maintain grounds and remove snow
• monitor building structures
• conduct equipment checks and building inspections
• participate in the on-call rotation for repairs and snow removal
• and open and close the building on a rotating schedule.
