What you'll do

• Prepare, clean, and stock the truck
• prepare ice cream treats and serve customers on routes and at events
• train and evaluate co-op operators
• coordinate schedules and revenue goals with the Regional Manager
• clean the ice cream machine
• monitor weather
• coordinate repairs and maintenance
• review sales and costs against budget
• document staffing needs and performance.
