What you'll do

• Review site plans, subdivision and land development applications, and capital improvement projects
• prepare technical review letters, reports, and recommendations
• support planning and zoning board meetings
• evaluate drainage, grading, roadway, utility, and stormwater components
• contribute to infrastructure plans, specifications, cost estimates, and calculations
• coordinate with internal disciplines and external agencies
• support construction-phase reviews, field observations, contractor coordination, and project closeout.
