What you'll do

• Manage center profit and loss, revenue, expenses, staffing, and performance indicators
• coach and develop teammates
• oversee repair workflow, quality, safety, and customer concerns
• maintain relationships with customers, insurers, dealerships, vendors, and referral partners
• support local business development and company initiatives.
