It translates customer and market insights into product decisions and coordinates cross-functional teams to support profitable growth and innovation.

What you'll do

• Own product portfolio strategy, profitability, market positioning, and multi-year roadmaps
• identify market opportunities through customer feedback, competitive research, and industry trends
• lead product development from concept through commercialization
• develop business cases, pricing strategies, and launch plans
• manage revenue, margins, market share, and return on investment
• partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality
• conduct customer visits and gather Voice of Customer insights
• support sales training and competitive positioning
• lead SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization.
