What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections
• install, remove, and relocate equipment
• test electrical systems
• inspect for hazards and code compliance
• diagnose and repair wiring, controls, and components
• maintain facility heating and cooling systems and perform minor building repairs
• assist other maintenance personnel.
