What you'll do

• Lead and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
• oversee site preparation, material handling, installation, dismantling, and restoration
• perform and lead hardware, software, power, and fiber-optic installations
• conduct optical, power, and network-element testing using tools such as OTDR and BER testers
• troubleshoot issues
• manage logistics and job costs
• interpret floor plans, rack drawings, work orders, and carrier standards including Telcordia GR-1275
• coordinate stakeholders and lead site teams.
