The Embroidery Machine Operator role is onsite in Barneveld, WI. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. Summit Golf Brands designs and sources golf apparel and sportswear, and this role applies club logos and crests to garments. The operator runs embroidery production accurately by following work orders, preparing garments and thread, monitoring machine output, and keeping the work area organized. The work supports the production of branded apparel for the company’s customer accounts.

What you'll do

• Operate a six-head embroidery machine
• follow work orders for logo placement, thread colors, and garment location
• hoop garments
• send logo files to the machine using computer programs
• set up and return thread colors
• monitor tension, thread breaks, and jump stitches
• trim backing and threads as time allows
• scan job start and end times
• keep the work area clean
• work mandatory Saturdays.
