What you'll do

• Maintain guest-service standards and a guest-friendly environment
• hire, train, and develop front-of-house team members
• implement company programs and initiatives
• train staff in product education and upselling
• plan and assign daily goals and tasks
• ensure opening and closing responsibilities are completed
• manage front-of-house staff for special events
• oversee health, sanitation, liquor, safety, and facility compliance
• manage front-of-house scheduling
• maintain and troubleshoot the Toast POS system
• develop local supplier relationships for the bar program
• conduct weekly inventory and order products
• provide direction to front-of-house staff.
