What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and present food to order according to recipes and brand standards
• follow prep charts and store and rotate perishable stock
• maintain food temperatures
• prepare special orders
• maintain shift stock levels
• organize work areas and storage
• clean kitchen equipment
• complete side work and deep cleaning
• monitor waste and food costs
• address guest concerns courteously.
