Job overview

The Line Cook role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $15–$18 per hour. The position supports maman’s kitchen team in preparing and executing bakery, café, breakfast, and lunch menu items.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portions, and service standards
• assist with daily ingredient preparation
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• monitor and restock stations
• maintain a clean and organized workstation
• follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• label, date, and store food
• assist with deliveries
• coordinate timely food production with the kitchen team
• support the front-of-house team when required
• and accommodate special orders and dietary requests.

Why this role

Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience is required. Early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification and bakery or café experience are preferred.
