Senior Catering Captain

What you'll do

• Supervise catering employees and assist with performance appraisals
• determine workload from catering orders
• coordinate setup arrangements and resolve last-minute issues
• assemble and deliver food and supplies
• return equipment and utensils
• distribute and collect customer comment cards
• maintain presentation, portion control, serving temperatures, sanitation, and equipment orderliness
• respond to customer complaints.
