What you'll do

• Perform PCR, digital droplet PCR, restriction digestion, Gibson Assembly, Golden Gate Assembly, bacterial transformations, and plasmid purification
• design mammalian expression plasmids and cloning strategies
• support construct generation for protein expression and cell-line development
• troubleshoot and optimize workflows
• document experiments in electronic lab notebooks
• manage tasks, projects, and lab supplies.
