The Digital Banker role is onsite in Hills, IA. Pay is $18.50 per hour, with a Spanish proficiency pay differential available. The role supports Hills Bank’s customer service strategy across digital channels. The Digital Banker serves customers through their preferred digital channel, handles banking requests, and develops customer relationships. The role helps customers use digital services and connects them with appropriate products and support, contributing to a consistent customer experience across digital and physical channels.

What you'll do

• Serve customers through digital channels
• document digital-service knowledge for bank staff
• support contact center and branch colleagues
• recommend enhancements to digital channels
• support sales of deposit products and consumer loans
• open accounts and handle transactions and service requests
• follow up with new digital-account customers
• manage customer relationships and referrals using the CRM system
• participate in training and community events.
