What you'll do

• Identify and respond to customer needs
• process check cashing, money transfers, bill payments, and prepaid product transactions
• open customer accounts
• update account information
• explain products and services
• verify checks
• sell money orders, stamps, and MetroCards
• follow cash-handling and security procedures
• reconcile cash drawers
• clean and maintain the store
• float to nearby stores as needed.
