What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel
• follow site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property interiors, grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeters
• monitor access points and report maintenance issues, hazards, policy violations, and security concerns
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
