It ensures timely balance-sheet reconciliations, supports monthly reporting with the Controller, and improves accounting processes while coaching team members.

What you'll do

• Reconcile and maintain scheduled accounts and standard journal entries
• gather data to write or update accounting SOPs
• assist the Controller with monthly financial statements
• supervise and coach accounting team members
• ensure department metrics and goals are met
• collaborate with the Controller on performance and attendance feedback
• take accountability for team performance, productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Why this role
