What you'll do

• Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty dishes according to company standards and recipes. Store, label, and rotate ingredients using FIFO procedures
• maintain sanitation and food safety
• interact with guests at the sushi bar
• collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• monitor inventory and restock supplies
• and support training of new sushi staff.

Why this role

One to three years of professional sushi preparation experience is preferred. A Washington State Food Handler’s Permit is required before hire. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required as business needs require.
