Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in San Diego, CA; compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year. Harvey General Contractors provides commercial construction services across the western United States. The project manager leads commercial renovation and tenant-improvement projects from preconstruction through close-out, maintaining schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. What you'll do

• Manage commercial remodel and interior build-out projects through close-out
• develop schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• supervise site superintendents and lead project engineers
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• review drawings, specifications, and scopes
• manage procurement, logistics, negotiations, and agreements
• oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, take-offs, estimating, and proposals
• conduct site visits and construction meetings
• ensure code, safety, and quality compliance
• manage punch lists and final documentation.
