Market Liaison – Guest Services

Job overview

The Market Liaison – Guest Services role is onsite in Miami, FL, with compensation of $60,000–$65,000 per year. The role supports Air Culinaire Worldwide’s private aviation catering clients and works with Operations, Network, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Sales. As the primary contact for assigned accounts, the liaison manages client relationships and coordinates catering order execution and service agreements. The role addresses service issues, monitors performance, and communicates client feedback and growth opportunities to internal teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned private jet clients and local fixed-base operators
• oversee market orders
• answer local calls during business hours
• monitor order activity through communication channels
• review orders from entry through delivery
• communicate with clients and gather feedback
• coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and Billing
• monitor fulfillment against agreements and specifications
• maintain client documentation
• coordinate irregular operations
• monitor KPIs and SLAs
• assist with invoice and case discrepancies
• identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• resolve client issues
• document interactions and resolutions
• travel and participate in events as requested.
