Job overview

The Supports Broker role is hybrid and serves central Pennsylvania, with a salary of $19–$22 per hour. Candidates must live near and be familiar with Lancaster, York, Adams, Huntingdon, Cumberland, Mifflin, Centre, or Dauphin counties and travel to these areas occasionally. The broker provides information, guidance, and technical assistance to people and families who self-direct services. The role helps individuals organize services and community resources around their own priorities, while supporting rights, person-centered planning, and responsible use of public funding.

What you'll do

• Provide information, guidance, and technical assistance to individuals and families
