What you'll do

• Coordinate and implement curriculum and developmentally appropriate classroom activities
• model and coach the teaching team
• plan individual and group activities that support social, cognitive and emotional growth
• communicate with parents through discussions, progress reports and conferences
• meet center policies and state regulations
• maintain hygiene, cleanliness, safety and security
• supervise teacher assistants and volunteers
• maintain records and a professional development plan.
