What you'll do

• Deliver general and psychiatric nursing care
• assess suicide risk and follow suicide precautions
• incorporate individual needs into care plans
• document care and physician phone orders
• respond to inquiries about mental health services
• collect and analyze patient information, assess treatment needs, identify toxicity or withdrawal signs, and conduct screenings
• follow applicable legal and reporting requirements.
