What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise maintenance staff

• maintain buildings, equipment, machinery, and systems
• prioritize work orders
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• monitor expenses, purchasing, supplies, and budget performance
• support safety and fire/life-safety programs
• maintain records and update the General Manager.
