What you'll do
- Coordinate and oversee clinical education programs supporting caregiver competency, onboarding, transition to practice, professional development, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives.
- Supervise assigned caregivers and coordinate clinical education and practice activities for the service area.
- Collaborate with system, divisional, ministry, and interdisciplinary leaders.
- Support nurse residency, onboarding, annual competency validation, practice changes, patient safety, accreditation readiness, and ongoing education.
