Enterprise Project Manager

The Enterprise Project Manager role is onsite in Columbia, SC; the schedule may become hybrid at the manager’s discretion. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resources. Maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates. Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate scope and requirements sessions. Identify and mitigate risks
• support procurement as needed
• and ensure compliance with agency policies and governance. Elicit and document requirements, model processes and data flows, assess solution options, develop change plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing, cutover, readiness, and post-launch support.

Why this role

Requires at least seven years of project management experience with moderate-to-high complexity, business analysis and process redesign experience, at least five years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise initiatives, and a bachelor’s degree. PMP, PMI-ACP, or comparable certification is preferred.
