What you'll do

• Manage vertical commercial construction phases and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders, review schedules and progress, identify risks and delays, assess proposed changes, interpret design and contract documents, and resolve field issues.
• Provide field oversight and daily inspection documentation, track deficiencies, and work with inspectors and project managers on installed quantities and pay application reviews.
• Occasional nighttime work may be required.
