Direct Support Lead

The Direct Support Lead is an onsite role based in Enid, OK. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the REM Community Services team at Sevita. This role exists to provide leadership to Life Skills Trainers and deliver direct services to program participants. The lead ensures therapeutic goals are met and that programs are facilitated in a respectful manner while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Participates in client training to assure client objectives and company goals are achieved
• Participates in community outings and house orientation
• Serves as a role model to all house staff
• Replaces, reassigns, or cancels staffing assignments
• Facilitates residential staff problem solving and provides supervision
• Coordinates and completes incident report investigation forms
• Assumes leadership role in crisis prevention
• Assists with house staffing needs and recruitment
• Reviews client progress
• Provides coaching and leadership to Life Skills Trainers.
