What you'll do

• Conduct 30-day and 11-month customer orientations
• attend new-home orientation to explain the warranty process
• coordinate warranty activities and completion schedules
• communicate relevant information to customers
• manage post-closing meetings
• enforce safety policies with trade partners
• direct trades to complete scheduled work according to plans and specifications
• resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
