What you'll do

• Represent clients in securitization, structured finance, and private securities offering transactions
• advise on structured lending, asset-based lending, syndicated lending, and other financing transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• assist with structuring, due diligence, and closings
• conduct legal research and provide strategic advice
• collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary legal teams.
