What you'll do

• Review loan-file conditions and complete underwriting within posted turn times
• provide loan-quality feedback to the Underwriting Manager
• mentor processing staff and loan officers
• maintain consistent underwriting guidance
• escalate issues outside guidelines
• communicate decisions to internal parties
• collaborate on quality-control, audit, and clarification requests
• stay current on conventional and government-insured mortgage rules
• meet the stated KPI standard of six weighted units per day
• provide training as needed.
