The Pharmacist — Retail & Specialty Pharmacy, Night Shift role is onsite in Worcester, MA. Compensation is $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus a bonus if applicable under the bonus plan. The pharmacist supports retail and specialty pharmacy operations and coordinates with patients, providers, and pharmacy staff to support timely medication access. The pharmacist dispenses medications safely, provides counseling and clinical support, and oversees pharmacy workflows and compliance. The role contributes to coordinated patient care by supporting transitions between retail and specialty pharmacy services and helping ensure appropriate, timely access to medications.

What you'll do

• Review and interpret physician orders and dispense medications
• monitor medication regimens and document clinical interventions
• counsel patients and refer to other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• direct technician workflow and verify prescription accuracy
• coordinate care and resolve insurance issues
• maintain regulatory and controlled-substance records

Why this role

Rotating schedule: Monday–Thursday 8 p.m.–6 a.m. and Fridays 10 p.m.–8 a.m.; rotating Saturdays as needed; 4×10- or 5×10-hour shifts on a three-week rotation. PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and active state pharmacist license required; at least one year of retail or specialty dispensing experience required.
