The role exists to provide clinical guidance and coordinate territory operations while also performing the duties of an Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Technologist. It contributes to case coverage, quality assurance, business development, and effective coordination among technologists, surgeons, hospitals, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Identify surgeons, offices, and operating facilities
• prospect and build relationships with surgeons, office staff, and hospital administrators
• work with the Market Leader on contract opportunities
• ensure case coverage
• assist with the on-call rotation
• manage case scheduling and documentation
• coordinate credentialing
• conduct on-site and case audits
• train technicians on audit procedures
• manage supplies
• coordinate payment follow-up with accounts payable.
